COVID-19 SELF TESTING – REPORT RESULTS

Please use this form to report your results to college. You must also report your result to the NHS at www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result

You must report all tests taken regardless of the result. The result will be Positive, Negative or Void.

If you have a positive result, you will also need to report your absence to college using the usual means:

Staff – report your absence to HR and your line manager
Students – report your absence by calling 0161 330 2330, and press selection 1 to report a student absence.
